ISO 27001 (ISO 17799), and indeed ISO 27001, can be purchased as a stand alone item, or as part of the implementation and starter toolkit (The ISO 27002 Toolkit).

The ISO 27002 Toolkit

This was of course formally known as the ISO 17799Toolkit. It includes whole raft of items and materials to support implementation and basic introduction. These include a full set of policies, a roadmap, presentation, glossary, checklists and various other documents, and of course a copy of both ISO 27002 and ISO 27001.
